A lot of data is being generated about your health and care. At the moment, all these data are put into information silos. On the other side it has become easier and more reliable to measure your own health at your home.
With HereIsMyData we’re building on a concept that breaks down the silos of information in health and care. Using a single point of access for all your health related data where you decide who get’s access to your data and who doesn’t.
In the Netherlands 5,3 million people have a chronic disease. Most people with a chronic disease have to visit a hospital or doctor 4 times a year.
