150 women in the Arnhem-Nijmegen-Kleve-Moers region will receive home monitoring blood pressure devices. The researchers will evaluate their measurement and the women will receive feedback. 150 women in a control group will receive usual care. After 2 years the results will be compared, along with an evaluation of the use of the devices and experienced quality of life. The departments of cardiology and REshape Center are involved in the project.
